A love for entertaining started at a very young age for Victoria when she used to persuade her parents to invite friends around for supper just so that she could try out a new recipe. This same love for bringing people together over good food, cooked well, has now grown into a profession. Victoria works as a Private Chef: from canapé parties, formal dinner parties or family events. Whatever the occasion, she works closely with her clients to ensure they receive a first class service, from beginning to end. Every menu is unique to the client, using only the best seasonal produce and catering to any specific requirements, dietary or other.
